📋 Description Collaborate with classroom teachers to nurture mutual respect. Provide primary caregiving to 1-3 infants with two other guides. Communicate with leadership, parents, and teachers. Observe and record developmental milestones. Lead the team to maintain accreditations and standards. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree and MACTE Montessori cert or RIE training preferred. 5+ years in an infant environment.
