📋 Description Own EPM platform (Pigment): end-to-end management. Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions. Drive architecture for planning across the company. Lead Finance AI adoption: pilot and deploy AI use cases. Automate workflows: design conversational finance tasks. Collaborate with Data Science and IT on governance. Remote-first role; on-call/out-of-hours duties may apply. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, IS, Accounting, Economics, or related. 5+ years in hybrid FP&A/Systems role with finance focus. Python or scripting language experience. Deep hands-on EPM experience (Pigment); cross-system integrations. AI fluency: daily use of LLMs, copilots, automation tools.
