IT Operations Analyst

📋 Description Act as first IT support contact for live trading systems (in person, phone, chat) Provide desktop support for Windows and Unix/Linux workstations: setup, imaging, troubleshooting Support trading desk setups and meeting rooms; assist with Teams and video conferencing Manage users in Hybrid AD (on-prem AD with Entra ID), including MFA and groups Own onboarding/offboarding: accounts, equipment, access provisioning, secure removal Develop automation to reduce manual BAU using PowerShell, Bash, and Python 🎯 Requirements Automation-first mindset with scripted solutions Strong ownership; see problems through to resolution Solid technical grounding; understand the systems you support Scripting ability: PowerShell, Bash, or Python Windows desktop support (Win 10/11) and Unix/Linux desktop experience Experience with Active Directory and SaaS tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams, Slack) 🎁 Benefits Flexible leave and hybrid working policies Private health and dental insurance Generous pension scheme Free access to the Mako gym Employee wellbeing guidance and support Opportunity to become involved in the Mako Foundation
