📋 Description Prioritize safety in electrochemical testing and battery operation end-to-end. Create materials specs for Form Energy's iron electrode and define inspection methods. Design, execute, and interpret anode tests in lab and field-deployed batteries. Own Root Cause Analyses and FMEAs on electrode materials and devices. Characterize electrode materials pre- and post-test; develop new techniques. Lead cross-functional teams to develop new anode materials; mentor colleagues. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in materials engineering and electrochemical/battery systems. Build property-to-performance relationships via experiments and statistics. Hands-on materials processing and electrochemical device testing experience. Expertise in RCA, FMEA; proficient with JMP or Minitab. Excellent communication; able to travel up to 25% across sites.
