📋 Description Build, lead, and grow the IAM engineering team. Define long-term tech/architectural strategy for IAM. Develop secure, scalable identity capabilities (federation, SSO). Evolve RBAC, policy evaluation, and resource hierarchy (least privilege). Adopt IAM across Lambda via consistent APIs and standards. Own Lambda's Key Management Service (KMS) including keys/HSMs. 🎯 Requirements 9+ years software engineering experience; 3+ years leading teams. Built large-scale distributed systems with high availability and security. IAM: authn/authz, workload identity, policy enforcement. Lead architecture; guide tradeoffs for security, scale, operability. BS/MS/PhD in CS or equivalent practical experience.
