📋 Description Lead AI deployment across multiple enterprise data-center projects. Model facilities using Phaidra to ingest data and configure AI agents. Commission, tune, and support deployed systems across customers. Collaborate with PMs and DSs; translate needs into concrete tech specs. Serve as internal/customer SME; drive platinum support and onboarding. Travel up to 25% for on-site or customer engagements. 🎯 Requirements 10-15 years experience as controls engineer or equivalent. HVAC & data-center cooling control and chiller plant ops. Able to operate independently as a senior team member across customers. Thermodynamics knowledge for cooling, refrigeration, hydronics. Experience programming PLCs; ladder logic; BACnet/Modbus. Python scripting to implement insights; strong communication and documentation. 🎁 Benefits We are a 100% remote company.
