Platform Engineer

📋 Description Provide technical leadership across the platform team, guiding decisions. Evaluate and challenge architectural decisions with solid reasoning. Apply strong backend and data stack know-how (Python, APIs, CI/CD, dbt, Redshift). Use AI tools in daily engineering workflow (PoCs, reviews, docs). Collaborate with leads, co-create solutions while maintaining relationships. Document decisions with ADRs/RFCs and raise engineering standards. 🎯 Requirements Proven Tech Lead or Staff Engineer with leadership by influence. Strong architectural judgment and ability to challenge decisions. Deep backend and data stack knowledge (Python, APIs, microservices, CI/CD; dbt/Redshift). Active use of AI tools in daily engineering work. Strong interpersonal skills; able to co-create with stakeholders and manage disagreements.
