📋 Description Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for landscape projects. Review drawings, specs, and documents to define scopes. Perform quantity takeoffs with Eagle View, Bluebeam, OST. Estimate multi-trade projects: asphalt, concrete, curbs, landscaping, irrigation. Develop estimates from raw land development through final completion. Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing and material availability. 🎯 Requirements Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction estimating experience. 3–6+ years of experience estimating U.S. construction projects. Strong understanding of civil, site development, or landscape construction. Experience estimating across multiple trades. Proficiency with Eagle View, Bluebeam, OST, and Microsoft Office. Fluent English; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
