📋 Description Coordinate with a lead guide to plan the Montessori/RIE environment. Manage diapering and toileting using Montessori/RIE techniques. Ensure daily care per procedures, standards, and licensing guidelines. Maintain visual supervision and child safety at all times. Observe and document observations regularly for each child. Provide developmental reports to parents and conduct parent conferences three times per year. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in education/child development. 3 years experience in an early childhood setting. Knowledge of child development; Montessori/RIE caregiving techniques. Observation and documentation skills; strong oral and written communication.
