📋 Description Own growth and operations of the Federal and Alabama tax-credit programs. Lead multi-channel expansion: paid acquisition, local marketing, and partnerships. Manage SGOs relationships; bridge to Primer's teams (Bursar, Foundation, Legal, Finance). Own growth end-to-end: annual targets, creatives, and contractors. 🎯 Requirements Seasoned generalist across operations, marketing, and external-facing work. Proven track record on dollars generated, deals closed, or revenue growth. Comfort negotiating with external partners. Experience directing paid acquisition; understands high-performing channels.
