📋 Description Lead Carpentry Department to meet tech and creative standards. Supervise setup, maintenance, and operation of scenic, deck, and automation. Oversee assembly and rigging of stage trusses, platforms, and flown pieces. Manage cue track documentation and safe operation of automated elements. Plan and manage all scenic load-ins and loadouts for touring venues. Ensure safety and reliability of all scenic structures and rigging at every stop. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technical Theatre or related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in stage carpentry or technical direction, including touring. Strong knowledge of rigging, truss, automation, and mechanical systems. Experience leading crews and executing load-ins/loadouts. Certification in rigging or automation preferred.
