Identify bottlenecks; design workflows to cut denials and shorten AR. Lead negotiations with health plans; close complex billing disputes; favorable settlements. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Ops to align billing with growth. Track KPIs; monitor recovery rates and payer behavior; adjust strategies with data. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in revenue cycle; 2-3 years management. Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; experience with health plan partners. Deep CMS regulations and commercial payer knowledge. Experience with EMR/RCM software and payer portals; migrations a plus.
