📋 Description Implement standardized Intake processes in new states. Document onboarding steps and train incoming staff. Lead onboarding activities for Patients and Caregivers. Support launches and ensure smooth deployment in new markets. Act as subject matter expert for Intake. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in a consumer-facing role with high call volumes. Experience identifying and implementing process improvements. Strong HIPAA knowledge and healthcare regulatory awareness. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
