Kefirs/Yo Operator I

📋 Description Assemble/disassemble machinery for cleaning and startup Inspect machinery security features and cleanliness; adjust as needed before use Perform quality checks on material (temp and pH) to meet specs Document equipment changes, changeovers, consumption, and production records Manually fill buckets of materials and load onto carts to processing area Visually inspect ingredients to ensure specs before processing Monitor processing to meet quality specifications Perform and document cleaning of machinery Document final consumption and report finished material to production orders Clean work area to maintain a safe work environment Duties rotate between Kefirs/Yo Operators Perform other duties as assigned 🎯 Requirements 6 months to 1 year experience in manufacturing/production or food/beverage High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to read English (preferred) Familiarity with ERP system (preferred) 🎁 Benefits Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & Disability 401K with Matching Employee Assistance Program Discounts on GT's product line Corporate discounts via LifeMart Food trucks and quarterly appreciation events
