📋 Description Lead cross-functional technical programs across data governance and ML platforms. Drive end-to-end program execution across engineering and product. Partner with engineering, product, data, legal, privacy, and business teams to align priorities. Enable standardized processes for data governance and platform modernization. Remove blockers, monitor progress, and provide updates to leadership. Foster collaboration across organizations to deliver scalable data solutions. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years leading complex technical programs. Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering systems. Experience driving cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
