📋 Description Own wet chemical texturing and preclean tools for silicon HJT solar cells at scale. Collaborate with Texturing Process Engineering to ensure tool performance and uptime. Own hardware for tool availability, stability, and scale-up to meet goals. Lead production equipment for internal solar cell lines for Starlink satellites. Drive 24/7 high-volume manufacturing readiness and equipment reliability. Enable high efficiency solar cells for Starlink satellites and Starship missions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline. 5+ years hands-on experience owning chemical process equipment in high-volume semiconductor or solar manufacturing. Strong expertise in chemical delivery, wet processing equipment, pumps, filtration, and automation. Experience with heterojunction (HJT) silicon solar cell manufacturing equipment. Lead equipment installations/qualifications and drive uptime in 24/7 production. Proficiency with statistical tools (JMP, Minitab) and reliability engineering principles.
