Creator Success Program Manager

📋 Description Partner with leadership to develop and run creator education programs and onboarding. Deliver workshops, webinars, and coaching that drive creator growth. Lead programming for events like LTKCon, including curriculum and onsite execution. Create polished presentations, playbooks, dashboards, and enablement materials. Translate product updates and trends into actionable education for creators. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Community. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in creator success, education, program management, or related field. Experience building and scaling onboarding experiences or creator communities. Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking for audiences of varying sizes. Experience planning and supporting creator-facing events or large-scale educational programming. Proficiency with Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel.
