📋 Description Develop, benchmark, and archive premium leather materials for handbags and accessories. Establish Leather Library for consistency and innovation. Define quality standards for leather performance, durability, aesthetics. Collaborate with QA/QC to address defects, color variation, wear. Identify and evaluate global leather suppliers for traceability and ethics. Manage vendor performance and drive improvements in material quality. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Leather Technology, or related field. 8+ years of leather material development, sourcing, or QA/QC in luxury brands. Strong knowledge of leather tanning, finishing, and testing methods. Proven track record in vendor management and supply chain optimization. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to collaborate globally.
