📋 Description Define the design vision for HackerRank's platform and strategy. Lead the design org delivering the platform experience. Guide AI-native and agentic experiences and traditional product UX. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape strategy and roadmaps. Drive end-to-end quality and a unified product experience. 🎯 Requirements A portfolio showing leadership, judgment, and high-quality execution. Significant product design experience leading designers and design managers; Framer a plus. Track record building design organizations, hiring senior talent, coaching. Experience partnering with senior Product and Engineering leaders to shape strategy. Direct experience delivering AI-powered or agentic/non-deterministic products. Hands-on approach prototyping with engineers to ship stronger results.
