Senior Building Surveyor (Code and Building Compliance)

📋 Description Support a range of projects across Australia and New Zealand. Assess building designs against NCC/BCA provisions. Liaise with clients and prepare NCC/BCA compliance reports. Collaborate with clients to upgrade fire safety measures. Enjoy site visits to view progression and completion of large projects. Lead a team and help develop junior building surveyors. 🎯 Requirements Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. Postgraduate qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent. Current Level 1 or Level 2 Building Surveyor registration. Knowledge of the BCA/NCC performance requirements. Strong time management and organisation skills.
