📋 Description Wear multiple roles in the research-to-production lifecycle (ML, ML-Ops, software). Own and evolve research infra end-to-end: orchestration, training, tracking, deployment. Build and scale distributed compute for research (Ray, Kubernetes, GCP); manage GPU capacity. Improve R&D speed via performance engineering: vectorize workloads, profile bottlenecks. Understand and use Phaidra’s internal platform capabilities to serve customers. Maintain clear documentation of research, products and actions. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of relevant work experience. Proven track record leading projects end-to-end. Experience as Software or ML Engineer bridging research and production. Understanding of ML/ML-Ops concepts and non-deterministic systems.
