📋 Description Maintain and beautify apartment grounds; keep communities clean. Perform landscaping tasks and light maintenance as needed. Operate equipment such as power washers and backpack blowers. Handle trash removal, litter cleanup, and turnover cleaning. Support maintenance and leasing teams as needed. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm; location: South Austin. 🎯 Requirements Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Self-motivated with ability to work independently. Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
