Business System Analyst - Core Banking

📋 Description Deliver technology transformation initiatives in the Core Banking domain. Analyze business needs, translate into system requirements, and support implementation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure requirements are reflected in system design and aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations. Participate in end-to-end project delivery, including validation, testing, and production deployments. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Business Analyst in banking or financial services. Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems (Temenos T24/Transact, Finastra, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Avaloq, FIS, Mambu, Hogan or similar). Strong understanding of retail and commercial banking products and processes (onboarding, accounts, deposits, lending, payments). Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation (BRD, Functional Specifications), traceability, and creating user stories.
