📋 Description Manage IT operations and Mortgage & Title systems roadmap (LendingPad, Qualia) Define goals, scope, timelines, and success criteria for projects Own cross-team communications across Technology, Operations, Finance Lead monthly software forecast and track spend vs forecast Maintain software subscriptions inventory, renewals, and owners Improve IT knowledge base with runbooks and self-service docs 🎯 Requirements 3+ years PM/Program mgmt in IT ops or biz systems Fluent English; able to work across time zones with US teams Strong PM fundamentals: planning, scoping, risk tracking Excellent documentation and attention to detail Clear communication with leadership, vendors, engineers Comfort with software forecasting, spend variances 🎁 Benefits Fully remote, LatAM-based with overlap with U.S. Central Time Contractor engagement with hourly rate Computer reimbursement
