📋 Description Define and execute manufacturing strategy for subassemblies, TCS, and ECLSS. Lead cross-functional manufacturing execution with Eng, Quality, Supply Chain, and Test. Translate program requirements into operating models and capacity roadmaps. Drive DFM, DFA, and DFT through early engagement with engineering. Own prototype-to-production transitions; establish tooling and processes. Develop make/buy strategies and decide which subassemblies to insource vs outsource. 🎯 Requirements BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Eng, or related field. 10+ years leading manufacturing engineering or production for complex hardware. 8+ years of leadership experience managing teams. Experience with complex mechanical assemblies, fluid/thermal hardware. Proven DFM, production readiness, process development, and prototyping.
