📋 Description Manage reservations and coordination for trips from planning to departure. Source, assign, and support Tour Conductors for departures across Asia. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers, and Conductors. Negotiate competitive rates while ensuring top-quality standards. Review invoices, prepayments, and operational expenses accurately. Identify and onboard new suppliers to improve travel products. 🎯 Requirements Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with strong communication. Experience in tourism/operations/reservations or supplier management in SE Asia. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
