📋 Description Bridge People business needs with CEIT using an AI-native approach. Liaise between People stakeholders and engineering to translate requirements. Maintain expertise in People domains and systems (Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp). Define AI-First roadmap for People systems, data, and platforms. Design processes to streamline workflows with feasible tech. Develop requirements docs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in business solution architecture and People/HR systems. AI/automation experience; familiarity with LLMs. Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions bridging People and engineering. Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, data modeling, and integrations. Track record of People process transformations with measurable improvements.
