Senior Collections Specialist

📋 Description Manage end-to-end collections for assigned accounts to ensure timely payments Run dunning processes and automated workflows to accelerate cash collection Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers via approved channels Analyze payment patterns to identify at-risk accounts and propose actions Resolve disputes, coordinate with Billing, Credit, and Customer teams Coach junior staff and support onboarding; drive process improvements 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years of experience in a Collections function Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred Strong knowledge of end-to-end collections, aging analysis, disputes, dunning Experience monitoring payment patterns and identifying credit risks ERP familiarity; NetSuite experience highly desirable Ability to analyze complex data workflows and identify issues Excellent written and spoken English for global communication Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills
