📋 Description Own day-to-day cruise operations to ensure quality and excellence. Manage workflows for the cruise booking portal, rollout and adoption. Lead multiple projects from planning through execution and improvement. Identify opportunities to improve processes at scale and boost efficiency. Monitor performance via reporting and data analysis to inform decisions. Collaborate with Product Operations, Booking Platform, and partners. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years in operations, PM, or related business function. Experience managing multiple projects end-to-end. Strong analytical skills with data reporting and insights. Proven success designing, improving, and scaling processes. Ownership of a business function with proactive execution.
