Head of Cyber Security

📋 Description Define and execute the cybersecurity strategy. Lead and develop the Cyber Security team. Oversee Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, and Vulnerability Management. Drive Cloud Security, Application Security, and DevSecOps across the organization. Strengthen security architecture and protect critical infrastructure. Embed security into the software development lifecycle and automate processes. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in Cyber Security, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in Security Engineering, Operations, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps. Hands-on Incident Response, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, and Security Architecture. Experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP). Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
