📋 Description Design and implement scalable multi-tenant file and block storage. Build distributed storage systems and integrate clusters into customer environments. Work with RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, RoCE, InfiniBand, SPDK, and distributed filesystems to optimize performance. Improve reliability, durability, and observability with telemetry, metrics, and dashboards. Partner with platform, product, and infra teams to deliver storage across the stack. Mentor engineers on building distributed, high-performance systems. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 10+ years in storage systems engineering or infrastructure. Hands-on production experience with distributed file systems or block storage. Storage protocols (NFS, S3) and file systems such as Ceph, Lustre, DAOS, or similar. Proficiency in Rust, C++, or Go.
