📋 Description Partner with Product, Finance, RevOps, and Eng leadership to shape billing architecture. Design primitives: usage events, metrics, products, rate cards, invoices. Architect scalable usage metering and pricing changes. Build entitlement layer separating pricing from product behavior. Work with SFDC admins, CPQ, and Finance to ensure coherent quote-to-cash flows. Ensure billing systems are trustworthy: idempotent handling, reconciliation, notifications, observability. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of software engineering with production backend systems. Billing/payments/quote-to-cash architecture for B2B SaaS at scale. API design and event-driven systems for high-volume data. Modern billing models: usage-based, subscriptions, credits, overages. Integrations with Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and payment platforms.
