📋 Description Own roadmap for Klaviyo's ML models and the platform. Define model quality, evaluation frameworks, and customer impact. Own ML Platform roadmap: DART/Ray infra, MLflow, model serving, Prefect. Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to ship production models. Embedded with engineering in Palo Alto; speak ml language for credibility. Ensure platform reliability, observability, and cost efficiency at scale. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years PM experience in ML/AI or data platform products. Knowledge of ML systems: training pipelines, model serving, experiment tracking. Translate platform gains into customer and business outcomes. Comfort being the sole PM in a highly technical room.
