Director of Product Management (Claims)

📋 Description Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for claims platform. Partner with Claims to optimize end-to-end lifecycle and translate needs. Integrate AI and automation across claims lifecycle to streamline processes. Prioritize data and tooling with Engineering to deliver the roadmap. Develop and monitor claims KPIs to drive iteration. Build MVPs, run market analyses, and present insights to leadership. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership. Translate features into business value for technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical with SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI. Experience leading cross-functional work across Engineering, Product, and business teams. Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
