📋 Description Lead two teams: Platform Developer Enablement and SRE. Set clear goals, hire and mentor engineering managers. Define platform roadmap aligning tech investments with strategy. Champion DevOps, automation, and IaC best practices. Oversee platform design and operation for product teams. Drive scalable, resilient, and secure platform architecture. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent. 5+ years senior-level experience as Software/SRE/Platform Eng. 5+ years management experience; coaching proven. Deep SaaS/cloud experience (AWS preferred). Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (GitOps, ArgoCD).
