📋 Description Travel 80–90% of the time to support customer sites Install and implement Augury’s hardware and services in industrial environments Partner with customers to ensure successful deployments and satisfaction Manage admin tasks: service reports, action lists, inventory, asset tracking Collaborate with Reliability Systems Managers to optimize product performance and customer outcomes Conduct site surveys, training sessions, and technical scoping calls 🎯 Requirements Residence in Northeast or Midwest US within one hour of a major airport Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, pass background check 5–10 years installing/troubleshooting industrial controls, electromechanical or wireless systems Strong understanding of rotating equipment operation and design Experience in industrial environments with safe work practices Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal stakeholders Strong customer-first mindset; go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction Vibration Analysis Category I or II certification is a strong plus 🎁 Benefits Flexible PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) match Stock options Paid parental leave WFH and phone stipend
