Solar Cell Reliability Engineer (Starlink)

📋 Description Own the solar cell reliability lab and data integrity. Define and execute space reliability tests for HJT cells. Build reliability narratives for flight reviews; link lab data to on-orbit results. Develop high-throughput, defensible reliability methods. Lead root-cause analysis on reliability failures (SEM/EDS/FTIR). Interface with power/structures/thermal teams for flight environments. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering. 1+ years in engineering disciplines: design/analysis/systems (internship ok). 2+ years hands-on reliability in solar cell, PV module, semiconductor, or aerospace hardware. Proficiency with Python/MATLAB/JMP/R and statistics. On-site, full-time in production and lab environment. Willing to travel frequently for work and extended startup periods. Experience with PV metrology tools (EL/PL, Sinton lifetime) and reliability testing. Able to lift 25 lbs and work extended hours as needed.
