📋 Description Own architecture and roadmap for pipelines, integrations, and datastores; decide tradeoffs. Prioritize problems with leadership and translate goals into concrete work. Set standards: infra-as-code, schema contracts, observability, testing, on-call, incident response. Guide replication pipelines syncing Salesforce data to Aurora and Postgres via Informatica/Fivetran. Direction for production Postgres databases: performance, indexing, access control, migrations. Lead production incidents as the senior voice; drive systemic fixes. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years building and operating production data systems with team leadership. Track record turning ambiguity into clear direction others can execute. Deep SQL expertise: query optimization, indexing, schema design, production databases. Strong command of replication and ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, Informatica, Airbyte). Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure data services.
