The Opportunity
Otis is transforming from a world-leading elevator manufacturer and service provider into a connected mobility company. Digital solutions such ascustomer portals,connected services, AI-driveninsightsand IoT-enabled products are becoming key differentiators and growth drivers. We are seeking aDirector, Global Marketing (Digital Solutions)to define and execute the global marketing strategy for our digital portfolio, translating technology into compelling customer value propositions that accelerate adoption, commercialgrowthand customer loyalty.

24–36 Month Mandate
- Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for the digital solutions portfolio.
- Increase customer awareness,adoptionand commercial performance of digital offerings.
- Connect with customers, build differentiated messaging, customerpersonasand value propositions.
- Create scalable launch frameworks and regional marketing toolkits.
- Establish thought leadership in connected buildings,AIand predictive services.
- Create measurement frameworks linking marketing to pipeline,adoptionand revenue.
- Build a scalable enablement model embedded into onboarding, coaching, and execution
Key Responsibilities
- Define the Global Digital Solutions Marketing Strategy
- Develop the long-term global marketing vision and strategy for Otis’ digital solutions portfolio.
- Establish the strategic marketing roadmap aligned with Otis’ growth ambitions and digital transformation strategy.
- Define the marketing operating model,governanceand best practices for digital solutions across global and regional teams.
- Prioritizeinvestment and marketing activities based on commercialopportunityand customer value.
- Build the Digital Solutions Marketing Capability
- Create and establish a new global marketing capability dedicated to digital products and connected services.
- Develop scalable processes, frameworks and playbooks for product launches, customeradoptionand lifecycle marketing.
- Introduce modern B2B product marketing practices and ways of working.
- Define how digital marketing integrates with Product Management, Sales, Regional Marketing and Digital Technology.
- Own the Global Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for all digital solutions.
- Define market segmentation, customerpersonasand buying journeys.
- Connect with customers and develop compelling value propositions and positioning.
- Build, develop and executelaunch& promotionalstrategies for newand existingdigitalsolutions.

Experience
- 10+ years in B2B product marketing, digital solutionsmarketingor SaaS marketing.

- Experience in matrixorganizationswith global and regional stakeholders.
- Background in building technologies, industrialautomationor enterprise software preferred.

Organizational Scope
Global responsibility for the digital solutions marketing portfolio across the Americas, EMEA, China andAsia Pacific. Partners closely with Product Management, Global Sales, Digital Technology, Regional Marketing,Communicationsand external agencies. High visibility with Global Marketing and Growth leadership.
Impact
This role will shape how Otis brings digital innovation tomarket. Success will be measured by increased adoption of digital solutions, stronger marketing-influenced pipeline, improved customer engagement, accelerated product launches, stronger salesenablementand measurable revenue growth from connected services.
Thesalary range for this role is $170,000-$190,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
