📋 Description Develop training and HIL testing programs; certify console flight controllers and crew. Improve processes and systems for Mission Operations, Training, and HIL testing. Identify improvements to training systems and ground architecture; collaborate to test. Translate customer requirements into Concepts of Operations balancing payloads. Develop spacecraft operations training programs and crew procedures; ensure safe operations. Provide operational support for preflight tests and checkouts to ensure readiness for flight. 🎯 Requirements Experience in human spaceflight operations, HIL testing, and crew training development. Master’s degree in a technical field. 3+ years in spacecraft design, build, and test. 10+ years in operation and training of complex spaceflight systems; console leadership. Spacecraft systems engineering: avionics, propulsion, attitude, RF/optical comms. Space-to-Ground comms: RF, ground stations, modems, antennas. 🎁 Benefits Company equity included.
