📋 Description Lead R&D across formulation, product development, and manufacturing. Drive scale-up and innovation across soaps, deodorants, body/hair/skincare. Translate science into actionable recommendations for execs and partners. Balance speed, quality, and formulation integrity in fast-growth. Collaborate with Unilever and cross-functional teams to align product strategy. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of progressive R&D leadership in personal care or consumer products. Deep hands-on formulation experience; bench time required. Proven scale-up with external manufacturers and co-manufacturers. Demonstrated success leading and developing technical teams. Strong ability to communicate with executives, commercial, and technical stakeholders.
