Proactive blocker removal and capacity planning. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics, 7–10 yrs in Test Eng. Hands-on air and liquid electromechanical/thermomechanical systems. Data acquisition strategy and end-to-end test campaigns. Design partnerships with Firmware/Reliability/Safety for validation. Analytical rigor with urgency and schedule discipline.
