📋 Description Own DLP ops: monitoring, incident triage, tuning, and documentation. Serve as primary SME for DLP tooling and processes. Administer Nightfall policies; investigate data-exfil alerts; coordinate with Security. Manage SquareX Browser Detection and Response controls. Administer Jamf; support endpoint management and patching. Remediate workstation vulnerabilities via CrowdStrike; coordinate with end users. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years IT admin across endpoints, IAM, provisioning, patching, and user support. Strong experience administering Jamf and managed endpoints. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work through unfamiliar problems. Ownership of operational programs: monitoring, documentation, continuous improvement. Triage incidents, stay calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities.
