📋 Description Lead design, operation, and modernization of a hybrid IT environment. Plan and execute phased migration of workloads from on-prem to cloud. Maintain a stable, secure, well-documented hybrid environment. Design target-state architectures and migration workstreams. Balance modernization with reliability of existing infrastructure. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in systems architecture, infra engineering, virtualization, or cloud. Cisco switching, storage, and virtualization experience in on-prem networks. Hands-on design and deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP; migrate workloads to cloud. Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible. Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Science, or related discipline.
