Senior Product Manager (VCS Ecosystem)

📋 Description Set long-term strategy for VCS and code-change workflows across all JetBrains IDEs. Identify gaps in developer workflows and define new VCS directions. Explore cross-IDE VCS clients, host-neutral reviews, and AI-native tracking. Listen to the community and industry to decide what we should work on. Align roadmaps across product, engineering, design, marketing, and partnerships. Work with engineering and quality leads to balance value and constraints. Shape external positioning and present VCS direction to customers. 🎯 Requirements Deep understanding of version control mechanics and code-change workflows. Proven track record leading product direction for SCM/CI/CD or code collaboration. Translate complex developer workflows into clear roadmaps. Experience aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and developer advocacy. Based in the EU (EU remote acceptable) with travel to JetBrains offices.
