📋 Description Own and grow Wellthy's backup care provider network across markets. Source, vet, and onboard providers; keep them live and bookable. Negotiate rates and terms for single-site and multi-site groups. Onboard providers: collect docs, coordinate payments, go-live. Serve as ongoing point of contact for providers; foster relationships. Track market coverage and fill rates; flag gaps to meet demand. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in recruitment/vendor management/partnerships with targets. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking. Comfortable pulling data, generating reports; proficient with G Suite, Slack, spreadsheets.
