Lead Database Administrator

📋 Description Extract, cleanse, deduplicate, and migrate client data from RDBMS/CRMs to Azure or Salesforce. Design and run data transformation pipelines mapping sources to our schema with rules. Implement and manage productized integrations; coordinate with clients and teams for on-time deployments. Own custom integrations on Talend; monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and document. Evaluate integration needs and recommend tooling (Talend, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) by complexity. Contribute to Snowflake transformations; optimize queries and data flows. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in data engineering, ETL, and data migration. Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, windows, performance). Strong Python for data transformation, scripting, automation. Experience extracting/migrating data from diverse sources (RDBMS, CRMs). Experience with Talend, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or equivalent. Snowflake experience for transformation and query optimization.
