📋 Description Lead strategy and evolution of Hello Heart's product visual language. Own design system tools, resources, and documentation. Audit UI and design system to reduce debt and improve quality. Partner with engineering/product to ensure usable, accessible components. Provide design leadership on patterns and component usage. Identify and monitor design system initiatives across teams. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on AI fluency with tools to accelerate design workflows. 7+ years in product design, interaction design, IA, or design systems. Portfolio showing design systems with impact at scale. Experience designing and launching mobile product experiences. Ability to create usable, accessible, modular designs at scale.
