📋 Description Set technical direction for agentic systems at Aera. Own the agentic platform end-to-end: reasoning, tool use, memory, long-horizon loops. Own evaluation discipline: offline/online evals, datasets, LLM-as-judge pipelines. Establish reusable substrate: shared tools, prompt-caching, routing layers. Improve performance, cost, and reliability via context engineering, parallel calls, routing. Mentor engineers; review designs and agent code; set production-ready standards.
