Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description Partner with customers’ engineering teams to integrate Kota SDKs and APIs into their platforms. Translate customer needs into scalable, production-ready solutions. Contribute to Kota’s product by building internal tools, reusable code. Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure deployments. Act as the technical voice of the customer, shaping features and roadmap. Debug complex issues across multiple systems, APIs, and data flows. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in software or solutions engineering with customer-facing work. Production code in TypeScript, Python, or C#; multi-language a plus. Experience with APIs, SDKs, and data integrations. Shipped complex systems in fast-moving environments. Excellent communication; explain tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
